Rising Leaders Coordinator (NE)

Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Baltimore provide Christ-centered, academically excellent education that develops students spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, & morally. The temporary, grant-funded Rising Leaders Coordinator will support leadership development programs for aspiring leaders (Rising Leaders I) and current assistant principals (Rising Leaders II). The coordinator will design curriculum, identify presenters, facilitate learning, mentor participants, evaluate programs, & support continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has Catholic education leadership experience, knowledge of adult learning, & a commitment to developing future school leaders. This hybrid role averages eight hours per week, primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings & events.
