About the Role The core focus of this role is to cultivate a sense of belonging and foster a warm atmosphere of hospitality within the residence hall community. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, nurturing a welcoming environment conducive to student growth, and ensuring the recruitment, training, and supervision of student staff members. This role also serves as the primary administrator for student conduct matters, manages administrative tasks related to hall operations, and actively supports student learning through the Residence Life curricular approach.
