Program Coordinator for Biola LEARN

Basic Function and Responsibility: The program coordinator for Biola LEARN undertakes a variety of administrative and project management tasks. In this role, you will facilitate the planning and organization of the team’s workflow and operations in collaboration with the director. Additionally, you will leverage a variety of tools to facilitate and maintain the team’s communication, project management systems, and ongoing course development. Alignment with Theological Positions The person who fills this position must be someone who personally agrees with Biola’s Articles of Faith and Statement of Biblical Principles and who is supportive of the positions taken by Biola as contained in its Eschatology Teaching Position. As such, this person may not speak against or act in a manner inconsistent with these positions during the course of their employment at Biola. Essential Duties: Administration - Organizing and managing digital content on asset library and crucial documentation for Biola LEARN - Preparing all paperwork related to payouts to Course Authors and Course Providers (Statements of Account, Journal Vouchers, Compensation Requests) on an annual and quarterly basis - Developing and maintaining financial record-keeping systems for accurate payouts and organizational payment plans in accordance with Thinkific data - Tracking and submitting payments made through check for payment plans via JRs - Managing cohort-based offerings and relationships with partners by sending paym
