Production Office Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Snyder School of Cinema Media Arts (“CMA”) BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY The Production Office Manager is responsible for running the CMA Production Office, guiding and managing the student production workflow within the Snyder School of Cinema Media Arts, recognized by Variety as one of the top film schools in the world. Across more than 500 productions annually, this office and role serves as a liaison for students, centralizing the paperwork and logistical support required for student productions. This support includes but is not limited to maintaining the official CMA production handbook, greenlight approval forms, ensuring permits are obtained for off- and on-campus locations, adherence to insurance protocols, routing rental and location agreements, talent agreements, SAG/AFTRA and related guild compliance, equipment protocols, contracts, purchase requisitions, along with ensuring student compliance with Campus Safety and Risk Management’s safety guidelines. In addition, this role assists in the organization and execution of CMA-led live events including, but not limited to, summer film camps, screenings, special guest forums, recruiting events, community activities, student training seminars, alumni and/or faculty events, among others as assigned.
