Parish Secretary (NE)

Holy Family Catholic Church, located in Randallstown, has an opportunity available for a Parish Secretary. This position manages parish administrative functions and supports the pastor in carrying out the parish mission. The Parish Secretary serves as a welcoming presence and assists all who participate in the life of the parish. Holy Family Catholic Church is seeking candidates for a full‑time secretarial position in our parish office. This role greets and assists all who visit or call the parish office and provides support to parish ministries. The position reports directly to the Pastor and works alongside the Director of Parish Operations, the Director of Faith Formation, and parish volunteers. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
