About the Role As the Nursing Clinical Coordinator Instructor, you'll play an important role in shaping the next generation of nurses. Working closely with students, faculty, the department chair, and community partners, you will help nursing students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to care for patients during vulnerable moments. This Masters Prepared RN will be assigned clinical instruction approximately 2 shifts per week. The remainder of time will be spent organizing, managing, and facilitating clinical arrangements and student documentation for the Concordia College Nursing Department with partnering clinical agencies.
