About the Position: The Lead Instructor of a Concordia Language Villages Government/Military program i s responsible for the development and implementation of a language-specific, two- and three-week-long residential iso-immersion program in accordance with client-specified expectations. This includes: Planning and implementation the program curriculum, Assisting with staff recruitment and interviewing, Budget/expense tracking, Some public relations, and Interacting with the support staff from operations support areas at the Language Villages. This position is responsible for implementing a program that reflects the mission and immersion methodology of Concordia Language Villages and meets client expectations, all within the parameters of the Concordia military pedagogical model.
