IT Systems Engineer II

The Systems Engineer II designs, implements, and maintains the university’s enterprise server and storage infrastructure across cloud platforms and Biola’s on-premises data centers. This role ensures the high availability, performance, and security of critical enterprise IT services, directly supporting the university’s mission and operational excellence. Department Information Technology Supervisor Director of IT System Administration Educational Requirements BS in computer science or a related field preferred 2+ years Systems Engineering and 3+ years Information Technology experience preferred Work Requirements Non-exempt (02), full-time – 40 hours/week, 12 months per year Hybrid-remote work at La Mirada campus, CA is preferred. Full remote is optional.
