Boston College Libraries seeks a collaborative, innovative, and service-oriented professional to serve as Head Librarian of the Educational Resource Center (ERC). Reporting to the Associate University Librarian for Access, Administration, and Staff Development, the Head Librarian provides leadership for the ERC, overseeing its staff, operations, collections, services, and facilities. The position also contributes to strategic library initiatives and represents the interests of the ERC within the broader Boston College Libraries organization. The Educational Resource Center is the curriculum library serving the teaching, learning, and research needs of the Lynch School of Education and Human Development.
