Grant Funded--PRN Registered Nurse-Flourish Mobile Health Clinic

We are seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct patient care for the Flourish Mobile Health Clinic, 4-20 hours per week. This role provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to under-served populations affected by substance use disorders (SUD), homelessness, and limited access to healthcare in both urban and rural settings. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting vitals and intake information, immunizations, wound care, harm reduction services, health education, and documentation support. The registered nurse will also help support inventory management on the unit, ensuring needed medical supply stock is communicated to the appropriate staff to ensure consistent, high quality care is provided.
