As a Customer Service Representative, you will help ensure that constituents receive timely, thoughtful, and accurate support. Whether responding to an email, researching a donor question, assisting with a request submitted online, or partnering with another Moody department, you will help create a positive experience for the people who engage with and support our ministry.
