Associate Director, Women’s Center Boston College’s Women’s Center is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Associate Director , providing leadership for sexual violence prevention, education, advocacy, and confidential support services for students and members of the Boston College community. The Associate Director provides leadership and oversight for the Sexual Assault Network (SANet), including its 24/7 hotline and in-person CARE Team services. The position provides short-term, trauma-informed, confidential support to students and others seeking assistance following sexual violence or intimate partner violence, including safety planning, options counseling, advocacy, resource navigation, referrals, and appropriate follow-up.
